Shipping & Return Policy

Returns and Exchange Policy:

All sales are final! No refunds. Exchanges will only be issued for a product that is deemed to be defective by the merchant. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be processed. Product(s) must be completely unused, unaltered, in the original condition and original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

The Merchant has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all exchanges.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping fees are not included in the product purchase price. Shipping estimates are based on the shipping service purchased by the customer. Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. The customer will receive a tracking number via email after the order is processed and submitted to the shipping carrier.

 Shipping Carrier:

BStrands Collection is not responsible for any lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipment address at the time of purchase. 

The customer must resolve any delay/non-receipt of package with the shipment carrier if the merchant was provided an incorrect address.

Please be advised that many shipping carriers have experienced longer than anticipated shipping delays due to staffing shortages and supply chain issues.

Pickup Policy:

If you choose the pickup option for your package, please allow 24 hours to receive your pickup notification.
